    Join Abby, a Music Therapist and Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner, of Resonant Heart as we refresh, reset, and regulate the mind, body and spirit through music, sound, vibration, and meditation; welcoming connection and return to self.

Seed & Sound: Year of the Snake
Wed, Jan 29 | The Center at 8 Branches 

Seed & Sound is a unique collaboration between Sheri of 8 Branches and Abby of Resonant Heart. Together, they will create an immersive experience to deepen embodied alignment through the use of sound resonance, herbal medicine and ear seeds. Exchange: Suggested contribution is $30-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. There is a minimum 3 participants for offering to be held and contributions cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled by the host.
