Service Description

An integrative program that aims to serve as the bridge to both music therapy foundations & practices and clinical therapeutic sound integration. This 10-session individualized program will be a combination of both in-person and asynchronous sessions to go deeper into your ability to recognize, own, and reclaim your energetic health. No woo... no mystery... just tangible resources for your own well-being. The program includes 3 Peter Hess® Sound Massage Sessions, Energetic Alignment, 20-Minute Tuning Fork Reset, and 5 more specific and individualized sessions aimed to highlight and integrate the therapeutic qualities of music and sound with your own personal preferences - unlocking increased awareness and a personal toolkit for using music and sound intentionally throughout your daily life. Your first session will include a general consult and a Peter Hess® Sound Massage. Remaining sessions will vary in length. Once scheduled, I will contact you directly with more information.
