Sound Integration & Reset Groups

Intimate 90-minute small group sessions focusing on a theme and intention to highlight the season. Each group integrates sound bath, sound massage, and music therapy wellness techniques to help regulate and reset the nervous system to help you reach a state of inner peace, connection, clarity and relaxation. A deeper dive into traditional sound bath experiences with the option of some sound work directly on the body. ​​

Sound Bath

Group sessions with the primary focus of pure sound and vibration. Feel "bathed" in sound and vibration as you experience different sounds, overtones, vibrations, and timbres. Simple and effective relaxation that is flexible for small to large groups. May be held in collaboration with other providers.
