A Peter Hess® Sound Massage is a gentle, yet powerful sound healing experience in which intentionally crafted therapy singing bowls are placed directly on and/or immediately around the body and tapped gently to facilitate a deep, relaxing and therapeutic experience. The massage is performed fully clothed and there is no direct contact between the practitioner and the client as we let the sound do the work. Each bowl placement is intentional and works with the body's own frequencies and resonance to facilitate a massage experience that taps into the recipient's physical body (external and internal) and energetic field.

The primary application of a sound massage is to facilitate deep relaxation for the mind, body and soul. However, a host of "sound side effects" can often be felt during and after the experience. Each massage is an individual experience and one that can change based on your current state of well-being and own perception and awareness of sound and resonance.

Some health needs may require a doctor's release - these can be discussed further with your sound massage practitioner.

90-minute group sessions that integrate the use of intention, meditation, gentle recorded & live sound experiences designed to regulate & reset the nervous system to help you reach a state of inner peace, clarity & relaxation.
