IF THIS YOUR FIRST THERAPEUTIC SOUND SESSION, I RECOMMEND SCHEDULING AT LEAST A 90-MINUTE SESSION TO INCLUDE INTAKE & OVERVIEW. This 60-75 minute session offers you the chance to experience a full-session Sound Massage, or to begin exploration into the therapeutic sound process. Each session is guided by and facilitated under the expertise of a Board-Certified Music Therapist & certified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner - working directly toward a non-musical goal through the use of the inherent power of music and sound support. Session time includes the option for an initial check-in and for post-session processing (as much or as little as you are comfortable with). A great way to access deeper somatic therapeutic work without too much verbal processing.​ Peter Hess® Sound Massage sessions are gentle, yet deeply integrative sound therapy sessions using specially designed therapy-grade singing bowls placed directly on or around your body and tapped gently with a felt mallet. You remain fully clothed as you invite in gentle vibrations, tones, & overtones in a unique and beautiful session. Each session is designed to induce deep relaxation and well-being, and can be particularly helpful with nervous & sensory system regulation, physical, mental, and emotional needs. Sound Massage helps to bring relief from pain and daily problems that induce stress, worries, and anxiety. Impossible to explain to do it justice... even more impossible to forget.
