Peter Hess® Sound Massage sessions are gentle, yet deeply integrative sound therapy sessions using specially designed therapy-grade singing bowls placed directly on or around your body and tapped gently with a felt mallet. You remain fully clothed as you invite in gentle vibrations, tones, & overtones in a session unlike any other. Each session is designed to induce deep relaxation and well-being, and can be particularly helpful with nervous & sensory system regulation, physical, mental, and emotional needs. Sound Massage helps to bring relief from pain and daily problems that induce stress, worries, and anxiety. Impossible to explain to do it justice... even more impossible to forget. Deep integration like no other. Add on additional session time to process through and discuss your experience with Abby, a Board-Certified Music Therapist & Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please allow 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding that communication is essential in helping to keep this small business afloat. Cancellations with less than 24-hours' notice, including no-shows, will be billed the full price of the reserved session amount when paid online. Of course, I also understand that things come up. If it is an urgent need for cancellation, I will do all that is possible to assist with rescheduling. Please stay home if you have been running a fever within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you are just not feeling well. Take care of yourself first! I will be happy to work with you to figure out an alternate session time. I so appreciate you and your willingness to share time with me!
