Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please allow 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding that communication is essential in helping to keep this small business afloat. Cancellations with less than 24-hours' notice, including no-shows, will be billed the full price of the reserved session amount when paid online. Of course, I also understand that things come up. If it is an urgent need for cancellation, I will do all that is possible to assist with rescheduling. Please stay home if you have been running a fever within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you are just not feeling well. Take care of yourself first! I will be happy to work with you to figure out an alternate session time. I so appreciate you and your willingness to share time with me!
