Service Description

With each sound massage, you will find yourself having the ability to shift deeper and more quickly into relaxation and nervous system regulation. As many report, you will be amazed at how each session is unique in it's effect and just how far you can go into peace, relief, clarity, and meditative experiences - there seem to be no limits! For the first three sound massage sessions, I keep to the same protocol (we add your hands in the third session!) - following this, we have the ability to shift techniques and create more individualized focus on certain needs that you may have. The reason for this is simple - we are building a relationship with the sound, frequencies, and bowls themselves so that your physical body and conscious mind can allow themselves to trust and take a break. Less is More. Sound work is subtle, yet incredibly powerful.
