Service Description

Individualized therapeutic sessions created according to your own immediate needs. Sessions may include all or portions of à la carte services, music therapy experiences, instrument engagement or instruction, sound meditation, and whatever suits your highest self. The options are endless and completely individualized to your own needs and comfort. Time is provided for checking in and for post-session processing (as much or as little as you are comfortable with). Each session is guided by and facilitated under the expertise of a Board-Certified Music Therapist - working directly toward a non-musical goal through the use of the inherent power of music and sound support. A great way to access deeper therapeutic work without too much verbal processing.​ Great for nervous system & sensory regulation, anxiety, self-expression & creativity, relief from emotional & physical discomfort, self-awareness, confidence, the chance to return to a deeper understanding of your own personal power, and more.
