Join Julie & Abby in a carefully curated and supported space designed to intertwine the inherently therapeutic support that breath and sound provides. This two-hour session will include meditation, an integrative therapeutic sound experience designed to support a guided therapeutic breathwork practice, and time for integration, reflection, and optional sharing. Tea and grounding snacks will be provided. No previous experience with therapeutic breathwork or sound required - this gathering is for beginners and seasoned participants alike. All that is required of you is to show up with an openness to receive. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore and expand your capacity to regulate your own system from within.
