Join me for an evening of simple nurture at The Mother Lion on Sunday, February 22 from 4:30-10pm. Take an intentional pause for yourself to recharge and simply rest with a restorative sound bath, sauna, hot tub, yummy snacks and hot tea, and plenty of time to cozy up in the retreat of The Mother Lion house to read, chat with a friend, journal, knit, nap or do what feels best. An option for up to 4 registrants to add on a mini sound-massage or tuning fork tune up session is available for an additional $25 (each session is 20-30 minutes in length).
