Join Abby, a music therapist and Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner, of Resonant Heart, for a gentle guided experience through music, sound and self as we discover and reconnect with our own innate ability to regulate and receive through music, sound and vibration.

This 90 minute session will integrate the use of gentle recorded and live sound experiences along with some sound massage techniques - all designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of peace and relaxation. While we do have some blankets and mats, please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, etc.).

Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled by the host.
