This 90 minute session will integrate the use of meditation, gentle recorded & live sound experiences along with some sound massage techniques - all designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace, clarity and relaxation. We have a limited amount of blankets and mats, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, etc.).
