In this October therapeutic sound integration and relaxation group, we will continue to build on our themes from the past few months. We have Explored, Allowed, Experienced, and Aligned - and now you are invited to Reclaim those parts of you that have been hidden, quiet, or waiting. This group is an invitation to remember all of the parts of you that create the full package. You will be gently nurtured into deep relaxation with highly intentional therapeutic sound practices and guided meditation, using a carefully crafted exploration through vibrotactile stimulation, timbre, intentional dissonance and resolve, overtones, and stillness - here to regulate your system and support your opportunity to reclaim your true self.
