A lovely opportunity to share a unique gift of time and self-care with your mom (or mother figure), pause with siblings or friends, own a moment of respite from your own load of motherhood, or come alone and simply acknowledge the difficulties & emotions that this day can bring up, allowing yourself an evening of nurturing self-care. You do not need to be a mother or have a mother to enjoy this experience... you are allowed to mother yourself with whatever this day brings.
