Join us for a sweet midday sound bath designed to provide an intentional point of stillness in a week of busyness. Using intentional flow and gentle instrumentation, this 45-minute session will give you the opportunity to give your mind and body a break, allowing a gentle nervous system reset and a chance to breathe so that you are ready to tackle whatever comes next. No experience is necessary - the hardest part is just showing up!

We have a limited amount of blankets and mats, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, etc.).
