Abby brings 20+ years of experience as a musician, board-certified music therapist & Peter Hess Sound Massage practitioner to intentionally and intricately create an environment for therapeutic sound integration. During this small-group session, you will be offered opportunities to simply listen, actively incorporate intentional vibrations with direct sound work on the body, and reflect. Please note that all participation is optional, and you are encouraged to choose your own level of comfort for that day. Options will be provided individually and discreetly for you to let Abby know your own level of comfort. All that is provided are simply offerings - you ultimately decide what feels right for you. No experience is necessary, and all techniques are designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace, clarity and relaxation.
