Join Abby of Resonant Heart for a 60-minute guided exploration through sound, mindfulness, and meditation designed for young minds. Throughout our time together, your children will engage in a relaxing and sensory-friendly experience in which we cultivate presence and awareness within. Following the meditation and sound offering, the children will get the chance to touch and explore the instruments used.

There will be seats available for parents in the space, though the children will be encouraged to sit and/or lie down on mats. This is a sensory-friendly experience - please feel free to bring whatever will make your child most comfortable (pillows, blankets, etc).
