About the event
This 90 minute session will integrate the use of meditation, gentle recorded & live sound experiences along with the option of some direct sound work on the body. All techniques are designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace, clarity and relaxation. We have a limited amount of blankets and mats, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, etc.). We will be lying on the floor and do have a few foam mats for those who seek extra support - if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com.
