Abby brings 20+ years of experience as a musician, board-certified music therapist & Peter Hess Sound Massage practitioner to intentionally and intricately create an environment for therapeutic sound integration and relaxation. During this small-group sound relaxation session, you will be offered the chance to lie back and simply be - actively incorporating intentional sounds, vibrations, live & recorded music, direct sound work on or around the body, and reflection. Options will be provided individually and discreetly for you to let Abby know your own level of comfort. All that is provided are simply offerings - you ultimately decide what feels right for you. No experience is necessary, and all techniques are designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace, clarity and relaxation.
